Hankin, Jen - Five short thoughts for solo flute (Digital Download)

Five short thoughts for solo flute was composed over a period of 6 months in 2019. At the time I was struggling with feelings of overwhelm, detachment from reality, grief for a future that I desperately want, but may never see and coming to terms with a long overdue Autism diagnosis that turned my sense of self inside out. These works were filmed and recorded in 2020 with a budget of $200, then released and toured in 2021 between pandemic shenanigans. 
Since it's release this work has been performed nationally and internationally.
