Free Standard Shipping Australia-Wide

Enjoy FREE standard shipping anywhere in Australia on orders over $119.

Free shipping applies to standard delivery only and excludes optional shipping insurance.

Orders under $50 may be sent using an untracked postal service at Syrinx Music's discretion.

Please note that parcels weighing over 2kg may incur additional freight charges. If this applies, we will contact you prior to dispatch.

Retail Partner Collection

Collection is available during NSW school terms from our retail partner location in Northbridge, Sydney.

Stock Availability

If your order contains items that are temporarily out of stock, your order will be held and dispatched once all items become available.

If you would prefer available items to be sent immediately, an additional shipping charge may apply for the second shipment.

Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Gosford, NSW via Australia Post.

In some cases, products may be shipped directly from our suppliers to reduce delivery times. If this applies to your order, we will notify you.

Please allow:

  • Up to 2 business days for dispatch
  • 2–8 business days for standard Australian delivery

During checkout, please ensure you provide:

  • A valid delivery address
  • A current email address
  • A contact phone number

Items Damaged in Transit

If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please do not accept or sign for the package.

Acceptance of a parcel may be taken as confirmation that it was received in good condition.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by:

Each claim will be assessed individually.

Shipping Insurance

Optional Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is available at checkout and is strongly recommended for valuable orders.

Where insurance has not been purchased, Syrinx Music accepts no responsibility for parcels lost, delayed or damaged while in transit with Australia Post or other freight carriers.

If you require express delivery, signature-on-delivery services or shipping insurance, please contact us before placing your order.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and service selected.

Delivery estimates can be viewed on the Australia Post website and are subject to customs clearance and local postal services in the destination country.
