Please choose carefully when placing your order.
Due to copyright restrictions and the nature of printed music publications, Syrinx Music does not accept returns or exchanges for sheet music ordered in error or where you have simply changed your mind.
Our returns policy complies with the requirements of Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty Products
If an item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect and is within the manufacturer's warranty period, Syrinx Music will repair, replace or refund the item as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Items damaged through misuse, accidental damage, neglect, abuse or unauthorised modification are not covered by warranty.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure.
- Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Warranty Returns Procedure
To return an item for warranty assessment:

Email info@syrinxmusic.com with:
- Your name
- Contact phone number
- Invoice or order number
- Product name
- Description of the fault
- We will respond within three business days with further instructions.
- If approved, we will provide return details and the appropriate return address.
Please note:
- Return postage costs are initially the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be returned complete with all original packaging, accessories and documentation where applicable.
- Returned products must not have suffered damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
