PRICING

All prices displayed on the Syrinx Music website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Syrinx Music ships to selected international destinations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. Syrinx Music has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Delivery times for international orders are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to ensure that product availability displayed on our website accurately reflects current stock levels.

Due to supplier delays, inventory adjustments, and high stock turnover, some items may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the available options, including:

• Waiting for the item to be restocked;
• Substituting a suitable alternative (where available); or
• Receiving a refund for the unavailable item.

If you require confirmation of stock availability before placing an order, please contact us.

ORDER DISPATCH

Orders are generally dispatched from our warehouse on the NSW Central Coast within 1–5 business days of payment being received.

Where possible, some orders may be shipped directly from our suppliers to reduce delivery times. Customers will be notified if this applies to their order.

Estimated delivery times are provided by Australia Post and other carriers and are not guaranteed.

CLICK & COLLECT

Selected orders may be available for collection from one of our approved retail partners or designated collection points.

Where Click & Collect is available, customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection and provided with collection instructions.

Proof of identity may be requested at the time of collection.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under Australian Consumer Law.
