Reichert -Sept Exercices Journaliers Op. 5

A virtuoso flautist strongly influenced by Brazilian music, Mathieu-Andre Reichert (1830-1880) was one of the introducers of Boehm modern system for the transverse flute. His Sept Exercices journaliers, first published in 1872 and re-edited in 1950 by the flautist Fernand Caratge (1902-1991) for Leduc editions, are focused on achieving fluidity and a flexible technique.
