Ravel - Bolero arranged by Christian Beyer for wind quintet

In this arrangement of the Bolero Christian Beyer dares something that would certainly have led most arrangers to throw up their hands in despair. The result is striking: a version (stylish and sensibly cut) of the well-known masterpiece, which, through clever instrumentation, totally exploits the wind quintet’s timbres and tonal possibilities.
