I love Chinese food! And I love the atmosphere of Chinese restaurants – the clicking of chopsticks, the hustle and bustle, the delicious aromas and tastes! This tune is very ‘cheesy’, but meant as my personal, light-hearted celebration of all that makes Chinese food and restaurants wonderful!
Simple rhythms make it reasonably straightforward to get together – there are just a few off-beat notes in just the Viola 1 and Cello 1 parts. Pizzicatos add interest and col legno sections create the sound of chopsticks!
