Handel first used this tune as a Sarabande in an early opera, and again as an Aria in a later oratorio, but it is most famous as the beautiful soprano aria from his hit opera 'Rinaldo'. The 1st and 2nd flutes share the melody in this arrangement for 3 flutes, with a slightly easier flute 3 part.
